The 650V SiC SBD series is a series of high efficiency Schottky diodes that are used in industrial and power electronics applications. Having low forward voltage (V F ) and almost zero reverse recovery, the diodes have high switching speed, low conduction loss, and high thermal performance at up to 150 C junction temperature. This series has an extensive selection of current ratings (2A up to 40A) and flexible packaging choices, such as AEC-Q compliant vehicle-level-six-based products, and is designed to be used in the high-density power conversion where it is used in automotive, industrial, and data center applications.
