AV series automotive resistor are constructed with challenging uses. They are available as 1206, 2010 and 2512 with 100KΩ – 10MΩ with a ± 0.5 percent / ± 1.0 percent tolerance. Capacity of up to 1W and TCR ± 100 ppm/℃ insure reproducible functions. Voltage rating is at 3000V and overload is at 4000 V.
Design & Technology
In special layout, high voltage is uniformly distributed. Individual trimming makes resistance under stress stable. The patented structures have anti-sulfuration, anti-silver migration, and surge / humidity resistance. Voltage coefficient ≤ 25 ppm/V resistance almost constant.
