Cutting of Costs and improving efficiency

Optical output is 30+ higher than normal products with a new package structure and streamlined process design.
One 100 mA germicidal LED provides radiant power of 25mW with optical efficiency of 4.5 percent (compared with the industry average of 3.5 percent-4.5 percent).
By using end applications, the number of emitters can be reduced by more than 50 percent which essentially reduces the system cost in general.

Powerful Sterilization even at Low Temperatures

In cold enclosed refrigerators, E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria continue to thrive.
The experiment has demonstrated that 100 mW deep-UV emitter when installed in a refrigerator at 2-6degC and irradiated 2 hours, provides sterilization which is 99.99% in food safety.

Improved Performance and Reliability

Very good electrostatic protection: UV-C device has HBM Class 3A.
Firmness against adverse conditions: radiant-power is maintained [?]85 after 500 hours at 60 deg C / 90 per cent. RH.
LM80 certified: The LED has a 90 radiant power at 55degC at 6000 hours, which is the component that ensures the stability of the LED over time.

UVC LED Customization Flexibility

Being the first firm to have entered the deep-UV technology Nationstar is still upgrading its packaging capacity and has come up with various specification of UV-C emitters that are effective in the germicidal wavelengths. Integrated resources in supply chain provide the company with custom solutions in home appliances, water purification, air disinfection, and handheld sterilization. Individualized wavelengths between the range of 250-280 nm can also be made available in order to attain optimal germicidal performance.
