Nationstar upgradeat Violet Full Spectrum LED voor slimmere verlichting

Violette full-spectrum led

To meet the growing demand for healthier lighting, Nationstar has upgraded its Violet Full Spectrum LED series with a new violet-chip technology. The new technology uses a violet chip as the excitation light source and an optimized phosphor formulation to produce a smoother visible-light spectrum. The resulting spectrum has a Global Fit Coefficient (GFC) of ≥98% compared with natural sunlight.

Lower Blue-Light Peak

The violet-chip technology reduces the peak intensity of high-energy blue light in the 415–455 nm range. The blue-light peak intensity is approximately 0.6 relative to the overall spectral peak intensity, and the products meet the RG0 (Exempt Group) photobiological safety classification. The phosphor formulation and coating process are also optimized to help prevent violet-light leakage.

High Color Rendering

The upgraded series achieves a color rendering index of Ra >98, with R9 >95 and R12 >90. The optimized blue, green and red phosphor combination provides accurate color reproduction, while color consistency is maintained within 3-step MacAdam ellipses.

Flexible Spectrum Options

Nationstar can customize spectral parameters according to different application requirements. Combined with intelligent lighting control systems, the LEDs can support different color temperatures and spectral combinations. The series can be used in education, office, commercial display and other lighting applications where spectrum, color quality and lighting comfort are important.
