Nationstar Launches IE Series Smart Sensing Solution

In response to the upgrade needs of smart earbuds’ health monitoring functions, Nationstar has launched a new IE (In-Ear) series smart sensing solution, which has been especially developed for the “extreme space” of in-ear devices.

This new solution has three main advantages: compact size, high accuracy, and low power consumption, delivering professional and reliable technical services to terminal brands to help them differentiate their products.

 In-Ear Series | 35% Smaller

The emitter LED is as small as 1.0 × 1.2 × 0.6 mm, thanks to a self-developed ultra-thin packaging process, and the receiver PD is 35% smaller than the existing products. It can be flexibly integrated into earbuds’ “extreme space”, allowing for product upgrades and a comfortable user experience.

High Precision & Reliability

Featuring a proprietary green light chip and high-sensitive PD sensor, and high fill-factor green light source, it is highly resistant to ambient light, motion artifacts and sweat. It effectively measures blood signals, delivering the best-in-class heart rate and other vital signs monitoring performance.

In-Ear Series | Extremely Low Power

The emitter LED uses a low-power LED driver circuit, which saves about 5% in power consumption with the same light brightness compared to existing products, allowing low-power consumption monitoring without affecting use.

Professional Matching

LED devices are equipped with narrow wavelength control, to meet the spectral needs for heart rate and oxygen monitoring. The LED + PD pairing completes the emission-reception technical chain, to improve the sensing performance of in-ear health monitoring devices.
